Can I contact you direct before I make a booking?

How many people does Queenberry Cottage sleep?
We can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests (maximum of 6 adults) in 3 bedrooms. We have one king bed (sleeps 2), one queen bed (sleeps 2) and a room with a bunk (single on top, double underneath and pullout single trundle) configuration (sleeps 4).

Where can I find your rates and tariffs?
Our rates differ depending on the dates you would like to visit. Bookings are available direct, via Airbnb or Stayz. If you choose to book direct with us you will secure the best rate and avoid any fees associated with the bigger booking platforms.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is at 1600 (4pm). Check out is at 1000 (10am). We do our best to offer variations to our check in and check out times depending on our cleaning schedule. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately pets are not permitted on the property.

Are children permitted?
Children under 12 years are permitted on the property, provided they are a registered guest and staying with a parent and / or guardian. We have a high chair and baby change mat at the property. Guests with babies or very young children will need to supply their own portable cot and linen.

Can I book a single room?
No. By booking at Queenberry Cottage, you are booking exclusive use of the entire property.

What parking is available?
A covered carport is available on the property. The driveway can accommodate an additional 1-2 cars. Plenty of on street parking is also available. If using the carport with a larger vehicle, you may find it easier to reverse in.

Do I need to bring my own linen or towels?
No, we supply all bed linen, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers, tea towels and beach towels for guest use.

Do you provide breakfast?
No, but there is a supermarket a short stroll away and plenty of cafes in Queen Street – a short walk away.

What amenities are included?
We have a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen.
There is a washing machine and dryer combo with laundry powder.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hand sanitiser and hairdryers for guest use.
We have a gorgeous family-sized hot tub in the backyard for guest use.

Do you have a washer and dryer?
Yes, we have a washing machine with dryer combo onsite. A clothesline can be found in the backyard. We kindly ask that only guest clothing is laundered during your stay. Please do not wash any linen from the cottage.

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, we have a ducted air condition system installed in the property.

How do I access the key on check-in day?
We have an electronic keypad fitted to the front door which can be accessed 24/7. You will be provided with access information and a code for the duration of your stay.

What's your booking and cancellation policy?
Please refer to our booking and cancellation policy.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?
We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for our guests during their stay. The Wi-Fi password will be in your pre-arrival email and is printed inside the laundry cupboard. Unfortunately we cannot and do not guarantee Wi-Fi will be working 100% of the time during your stay.
Many internet signal problems can be fixed by resetting the modem. To do this locate the modem and turn it off for 10 seconds by either the on or off switch on the modem, the wall socket switch, or by removing the power cable. Switch back on and allow up to 10 minutes to reboot.

How do I use the appliances?
A full set of instructions manuals and user guides are available on the property.

Do you have a licence number?
We are fully compliant with the Short Term Rental Accommodation obligations. PID-STRA-601
